Net patient service revenues for the quarter ended August 31, 2007 increased by $854,000, or 8%, from $10.1 million in 2006 to $11.0 million in 2007. The Company’s Garland Facility had an increase in both bariatric and orthopedic cases due to recruitment of additional physicians. Income from continuing operations was $2.1 million for the fourth quarter in 2007 compared to a loss from continuing operations of $1.5 million in 2006’s fourth quarter. Net income was $3.6 million in 2007’s fourth quarter, or $0.22 per share, versus net loss of $1.3 million, or $0.08 per share, in 2006’s fourth quarter. Net patient service revenues for the year ended August 31, 2007 increased by $6.8 million, or 19%, from $36.0 million in 2006 to $42.8 million in 2007. Income from continuing operations for the year ended August 31, 2007 was $3.8 million, or $0.24 per share, versus a loss from continuing operations of $3.1 million, or $0.21 per share, in the same period in 2006. Net income was $4.2 million, or $0.26 per share, for the year ended August 31, 2007 versus net loss of $5.9 million, or $0.39 per share, for the same period in 2006.
